driver requirements Minimum 25 years old 3 year OTR experience No DUI or DWI EVER Good driving record No major preventable accidents in the past 5 years Able to pass DOT physical, drug screen and alcohol tests $1000 escrow for OWNER OPERATORS Tractor requirements Wheelbase 265 inches or shorter Fifth wheel height not to exceed 19,500 lbs with full fuel tanks and drivers unless otherwise approved - bring current scale ticket to orientation Tractor must be less than 10 years old and pass complete DOT inspection at time of leasing
