As you are no doubt aware, fuel prices continue to spiral to historical levels. RealTime Carriers, LLC has acted in good faith to resist seeking relief as long as we possibly could. Due to the critical nature of the current situation, we could no longer continue to absorb the increasing cost. Extraordinary fuel cost will be recovered by RealTime Carriers, LLC through a fuel adjustment. The adjustment will be $0.005 per loaded mile for every $0.035 incremental change in the DOE national average index, beginning at $1.20 per gallon. Revisions will occur on Tuesday following the Monday the index is posted.
